Yes, the world is intense and there is some real fucked up shit happening,
AND the most helpful thing we can do I believe for our own wellbeing & for how we serve others is to remember the Light of God within us and all around us…
so we can show up with love, kindness, care, and courage and in those ways really be the change we want to see.
