Personally Video is my preferred way to share, I think it’s the best way to show its really me (not some bot I told prompts to🙄 ) and you can feel my energy and such best. This is all about how you can embody and empower yourself with the simplest daily practice that you can stick in wherever you want during the day. This can be while you're cooking, while you're doing the dishes, while you are taking a shower, while you are making the bed and just getting dressed, brushing your teeth, … whatever it is.
Or it can be its own practice where you put aside like 15 minutes or so and you just fully release and move and dance and be.
Or when you're going for a run… whatever it is that you love to do that gets you in motion, that has your body moving. I have something to add on top of it to help you embody and empower yourself, your unique self

It's going to be three songs about long each time to get into your body, to move to, You can dance, which I highly encourage. It is the top most effective thing found in research to help fight depression and anxiety.
And this is so accessible to us. We can dance in our kitchens.
We can dance in our bedrooms.
We can dance outside.
We can dance in the grocery store while shopping.
It depends on how bold you want to be.
Just dance. Move your body.
Or if you're like, “I have no rhythm, dancing makes me feel bad, like I just get all self-conscious, even in my own room.” (I still encourage you to try to dance.. ) & I say just move than, like do some form of activity, even if it's just doing the dishes or making dinner. And Listen and Enjoy.

to get us into our body and quiet the thinking mind a little bit,
and then use the thinking mind with powerful lyrics to generate energy within ourselves of personal empowerment and embodiment. These songs will be here to serve you
and each day I'll have a little bit of words and thoughts included to go along with the playlist that I write. I will be including my favorite line from one of the songs and whatever else I feel would be helpful and that I feel called to share. Some days more some days less, but always the playlists. That is my commitment.
